Chapter 7. Troubleshooting

Drive fault displayed

Touch the drive button for the drive showing the fault (Drive 4 in Figure 7-5) to view

the detailed fault error information on the first Drive Info screen.

The Drive Info screen describes the cause of failure or displays an error code.

To find the best method for clearing the fault, find the error code in Spectra Logic’s

online Sense Code Lookup at http://www.spectralogic.com/support/senselookup/

index.cfm/fuseaction/DisplayIndex.
